Death
a subject no one wants to talk about.
The idea of death, no one wants to talk about. But imagine if you knew the year you would die. Someone walks up to you and tells you what year you will pass away, and the age you will be when you die. They say, you will be 98, or 77 or 66 or 55 or 28. Whatever the age might be.
I thought about this, and if I knew how long I had left, what might I do differently? Well, the first answer that popped into my mind was, I would get out of the house. If I knew how much time I had left, whatever that number might be, I don't think I would want to sit around the house and do nothing but scroll and eat chips. To know that there is an end date, I know I will not live forever, and that time is indeed running out, that every day is one less day I have to experience this thing we call life. Thinking like this seems to motivate me. Yet in our culture, we avoid the conversation about death like our lives depend on it. So, the question is, what would you be doing today if you knew the end date?. For even though we don't want to think about it, it will come. So perhaps it's healthy to remember that you do have an end date, and do today what you want to, have to and need to because one day it will be all over. Would you try new and different meals today or stick to what you know you will like? Just for today, if you knew how old you would be when you die, what would you do today? Please comment and let me know.

Death is my favorite subject. Other than drugs or the lack of drugs in sobriety.
I'm currently in Mexico, in the mountains, living my best life in a pink bubble.
I'd just get back to the beach. To scroll and eat snacks at the ocean.
Where are you living? Don't worry, I won't go there, just curious... haha
